Mrs. Melissa Ott

Mrs. Ott moved to Auburn in June 2022 from Spanish Fort, Alabama where she resided with her family for 19 years. She and her husband, Ryan, both graduated from Auburn University in 1997 and have been married for 26 years. They have three children: Cameron (21), Abby (19) and Merrick (9).

Mrs. Ott’s work background consists of teaching children’s art classes, working as a children’s librarian in the Daphne and Fairhope Public libraries, and 14 years of teaching and administration in preschool settings. She is excited to be joining the SMCS team and watching your children and this wonderful school grow.
