Audrey Adams, a first-grade student at St. Michael Catholic School, was nominated for the Character in Action (CIA) Award through the Family Court of Lee County. Her teacher, Mrs. Milana, nominated her for being a kind, supportive, and loving classmate.
Mrs. Brooks received a call from the Lee County Commissioners Office to confirm Audrey’s recognition! On Wednesday, November 16, Audrey, her family, and Mrs. Brooks attended an award ceremony where Judge Mike Fellows presented Audrey the award and a t-shirt.
